3D Civil Solutions, LLC was created by Michael J. Major, PE and Robert G. Harner, PE. The founders, both civil engineers, take great pride in their attention to detail and practicality. Both Robert and Michael were raised by hard working general contractors who reinforced the value of responsiveness and a hard work ethic in both of them.
With the technical approach of an engineer and the ingenuity of a contractor, we can quickly assess what you need, why you need it, and provide a solution in a timely manner.
Our pilots are all FAA approved under 14 CFR Part 107 and make safety their number one priority and fly under the FAA's "Summary of Small Unmanned Aircraft Rule (Part 107)".
